We are setting up a public contact channel and will add it to this page soon. Until then we have no channel that would actually reach us and let us reply, so we would rather not show a contact address that does not work yet. Below is what we would like you to write about once the channel is open, along with what we can and cannot help with, so you can prepare the details in advance.

Worth writing about

A game will not load — tell us the title, roughly when you pressed play, and the device and browser you used. We can look back through our own server records for that moment, so the more precise the time, the faster we find the cause.

A description is wrong — if we described the controls incorrectly, misjudged the tone of a game, or claimed it works on a phone when it does not, tell us. We correct it and date the correction.

A game you want added — suggest a title or a genre you would like to see. Every request is kept for the next round of catalogue work, though we cannot promise any particular game, since that also depends on the providers.

A rights issue — if you hold rights in a game, an image or a piece of text shown here, prepare the page address and evidence of ownership. We review it and act promptly once the channel is open.

What we cannot help with

We do not develop the games, so we cannot fix bugs inside them, change their rules, or restore progress. Where the fault is in the game itself we pass it to the provider, and if a title is genuinely broken we pull it from our recommendations until it works again.
